Four checks, in order, every time

A tutor who has not finished all four is not listed. There is no fast lane.

    Government ID, checked against the name on the profile.

    Qualifications

    IB or school credentials, checked against the issuing body.

    Subject knowledge

    A written paper in the subject they want to teach, marked to the IB scheme.

    Listing review

    A person reads the profile before it goes live. Nothing is auto-approved.

A tutor may keep their result private, and many do. A profile without one is shown without it — never with a low score, never ranked downward for the absence. Nothing here reads as a punishment.
