What actually happens

From picking a subject to reading a report. No stage asks for a commitment before you have met the person you would be committing to.

A student working at a laptop with notes and a calculator beside them.

The whole path, in order

Each step says what you do, and what we do not ask for.

  1. 01

    Find someone

Filter by subject, level and price. Every profile is readable signed out — rates, availability, approach, and the tutor's own diagnostic result if they published one.No account needed to look.

  2. 02

    Book the free trial

Pick a slot from their real availability. It is a full session, not a call, and there is no card to enter. One trial per tutor.

  3. 03

    Add your child

Name and subject. That is the whole form — everything else about a student is learned from what happens in lessons rather than asked for up front.Their name is seen only by you and the tutors you book.

  4. 04

    Continue with a package

Only if the trial went well. Blocks of four or eight sessions at the tutor's own rate, with the tiers visible before you commit.Unused sessions are refundable.

  5. 05

    Everything in one place

Scheduling, homework, questions and files stay in the platform, so nothing lives in a phone number that changes. You and the tutor, in one thread.

  6. 06

    Read the progress

Per assessment objective and per topic, updated as evidence accumulates. It is allowed to go down, which is what makes it worth reading. The same view the tutor works from.

Three numbers, and no others

Tutors set their own rates, so you will find the price on each profile.

The trial
Free — A full session with the tutor you chose. No card, no deposit, no rollover.
A package
4 or 8 — Sessions at the tutor's own rate. Both tiers shown on the profile before you book.
A refund
Computed — From what was actually delivered — by the ledger, not typed in by an administrator.

We take a commission per session. It is set in configuration rather than hard-coded, it is never shown to a family as a line item on a tutor’s rate, and it is never shown to the tutor as a deduction from a headline they did not agree to.

This is what you get to read

Not a grade a term. An objective-level reading that says which thing to work on next.

Related rates is the weak one, and it is a topic rather than a technique — which means a couple of sessions, not a term.
